So it seems I do my best work while venting.

I've never done ANYTHING remotely realistic in my paintings before today and yet, the portrait of my boyfriend seems to have come out quite well!

And all because I was venting.
My fuckhead sister majorly pissed me off and as I paced my (tiny) room I felt this sudden urge to just... DO something. Anything!

So I picked up my canvas and went for it.
And out came Brian.

He had asked me for this particular picture a while back but I've been putting it off, thinking I wouldn't be able to get it out good enough. And yet today, I can present him with a Valentine's gift that I am actually proud of.

Although, I have to say...

... he's WAY hotter in person :P
